Yes! I love doing prenatal massage, and I love sharing my knowledge and experience with my prenatal and postnatal patients.

When should I not get a massage?

- Contagious Desease

- Vomiting

- Diarrhea

- Fever

- Kidney Disease

- Thrombosis

How often should I get a massage?

It depends on what you are looking for....

For Relaxation: as often as you would like! You can do weekly, every other week, monthly or longer.

For Pain Relief: Weekly or Biweekly massage sessions are best until pain has subsided. However you can do up to two sessions in one week as long as you have a least three days in between massages to allow your muscles to recover.

For Tension and Knot Relief: I would recommend weekly for 4 weeks to allow us to work everything out, then moving out to either biweekly or monthly sessions depending on your body.
