I have been massaging for close to 10 years now and I truly love what I do! I find joy in helping those suffering from similar chronic aches and pains, headaches and poor mobility that I have faced through the years.
I look forward to being able to share my knowledge and love of massage with you!

Why I Do What I Do...
These 3!
I am a mom of three wonderful, crazy amazing boys!
They have taught me a lot over the years. But the one most important thing is that I can't take care of them if I don't take care of myself first.
They are the reason that I love working with hard working women! Because of them I have a passion with normalizing self-care and helping women understand that taking time for yourself is okay and extremely healthy for them and for their family!
In 2011 my husband and I came out to Colorado to tour an art school and to explore the state. We fell in love with the state, and could see us living here and growing a family.
So six months later, in December of 2011 my husband, Loki (our dog) and I made the trek out to Colorado so I could attend art school that spring. Long story short I ended up not attending due to a financial aid hiccup.
So I found myself in need of a plane “B”.
After a lot of research, soul searching, and conversations with the hubby, I found a massage program that actually peaked my interest. This choice surprised my husband since I had looked into massage when we first started dating and my response was “what can I really do with that?”
Oh the wonderful attitude of a nineteen year old!
She really didn’t have a clue!!
I set up a tour with my number one pick of massage school’s in the area. When I walked in I got the sense that I had found my place. After meeting with several individuals, talking over which program I wanted to do, nine months or associates program, I was signed up and ready to go for the upcoming quarter, which stated only a few weeks later.
